In January 2024, the Exact Systems Capital Group has finalized one of the largest transactions in its history – the acquisition of QSR24h company. The transaction value amounted to PLN 44 million. Through these actions, Exact Systems will strengthen its position in Central and Eastern Europe and will be able to offer services to the world’s most renowned OEM manufacturers (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda).

Exact Systems S.A. was established in 2004 in Częstochowa. It is a leading provider of quality control solutions – selection, repair, and sorting of parts, components, and finished products for the automotive industry. The company’s main customers are car manufacturers, home appliances, and electronics producers, and their suppliers and subcontractors. The company’s offer is crucial for complex just-in-time processes, supporting over 900 plants working for more than 100 OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers. Currently, Exact Systems has its representations in 13 countries: Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Turkey, Romania, France, Hungary, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and China. The company collaborates with over 7,000 people it delegates to work at its clients’ facilities.
QSR24h specializes in quality management in the automotive industry. They provide services in repair, sorting, audits, and 3D measurements, perform engineering work, and conduct resident operations in Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. They direct their offer to vehicle manufacturers and related enterprises, as well as the aviation and home appliance industry. The company has achieved excellent results in quality control delivered to the world’s largest OEM manufacturers.
