In the second quarter of 2026, ZEME sp. z o.o., has successfully completed the acquisition of EKO-DYŚ sp. z o.o., further strengthening its position in the Polish waste management market.
The transaction represents another step in the implementation of ZEME’s strategy, which envisages both organic growth and expansion through acquisitions.

EKO-DYŚ operates in the Lubelskie Voivodeship, providing services involving the collection, transport and management of construction and industrial waste, as well as container rental and logistics.
