Techmadex S.A.
In June 2013, Techmadex S.A. carried out non-public issue of bonds worth PLN 7 million. The bonds were unsecured. They were covered by institutional investors.
Equity Advisors advised the issuer on the preparation of the issue.
Techmadex S.A. operates in three areas, which are:
- industrial automation – including the implementation, operation and maintenance of control systems and visualization of technological process – mainly for the gas industry;
- service and repair of gas appliances: turbine gases, piston engines, gas compressors;
- trade in transport equipment – i.e. forklifts, platforms and container handling equipment.
Since 2012 Techmadex S.A. is listed on the NewConnect market.
