In June 2016, Krakow – based company DLJM System sp. z o.o. issued bonds worth PLN 10 million. Investor was a fund managed by Credit Value Investments.
Equity Advisors represented the DLJM System sp. z o.o. in negotiations with investors and coordinated the whole process.
DLJM System sp. z o.o. operates in the field of building management systems (BMS). They designs and delivers smart wiring systems for houses, offices, hotels and industrial sites. It specializes also in designing and realization of electrical and low voltage installations. The company has a modern building automation laboratory, which provides services for study and optimization of devices and intelligent building systems. The company is developing smart metering services which allow customers to monitor media consumption in a distributed network of retail, warehouses and logistics facilities.
